I am not my absolute favourite,
A concoction of errors and virtues,
I am imperfect, lousy and emotional,
I am skeptical, impulsive and aspirational,
But given a wish to be reborn ,
I would still want to be this version.

Beautiful poem. The words express the imperfections in each one of us. Yet, we have to cling on to the soul inside us, come what may.

Oooh, interesting thought... i think I would like to be less impatient, less needy of perfection in others, more forgiving of imperfection within myself. And actually, I'd quite like another 30 points of IQ, and a mind similar to William Carlos Williams. Perhaps I should also ask for 'being satisfied with what i have'! ~Liz My blog is at: http://www.lizbrownleepoet.com Blogger will take you to the wrong site.
